5 appetizing recipes to keep you in shape with low carbohydrate content

1.Cold Coffee

Cold coffee is delicious except that it is probably made with whole milk and too much sugar. To save money and calories, we’ll tell you how to prepare it at home: to a cup of cold brewed coffee, add ½ cup of skim milk, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 cup of ice cream and stir.

2.Chocolate mousse

For a delicious, creamy mousse, combine:
  • 1 cup skim milk cream.
  • 1 tablespoon coffee powder
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup stevia until smooth beaks form. Serve in individual glasses and refrigerate overnight.
Decorate with raspberries and it’s yours;)

3.Beet carpaccio

This is for beet lovers with sweet taste, the combination with goat cheese will fascinate you.
First slice the beets with a mandolin and serve with arugula, goat cheese and nuts. You can add a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar and honey or with a balsamic vinegar reduction.

4.Fresh green peas soup

You probably haven’t eaten them for a long time because you didn’t know that peas provide vitamins A and B, as well as beta-carotenes that act against the free radicals responsible for premature aging? !
So try to make a very simple and tasty soup.
Combine in blender:
  • 1 cup skim chicken broth.
  • 1 medium onion,
  • 2/3 cup fresh mint leaves.
  • ½ cup shallot.
  • 5 cups peas and ½ cup skim milk.
  • Mix until a smooth mixture is obtained, then bring to a low heat for half an hour.
  • You can serve with a tablespoon of skim milk cream.

5.Chicken and vegetable skewers

These skewers are delicious because the vegetables infuse the chicken with flavour. You can also prepare them in advance and put them in the pan or even on the grill at mealtime and they will be ready in a few moments.
To prepare them, simply combine your favourite vegetables and chicken on the skewer and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and fresh herbs.
