Cold coffee is delicious except that it is probably made with whole milk and too much sugar. To save money and calories, we’ll tell you how to prepare it at home: to a cup of cold brewed coffee, add ½ cup of skim milk, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 cup of ice cream and stir.
- 1 cup skim milk cream.
- 1 tablespoon coffee powder
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup stevia until smooth beaks form. Serve in individual glasses and refrigerate overnight.
4.Fresh green peas soup
- 1 cup skim chicken broth.
- 1 medium onion,
- 2/3 cup fresh mint leaves.
- ½ cup shallot.
- 5 cups peas and ½ cup skim milk.
- Mix until a smooth mixture is obtained, then bring to a low heat for half an hour.
- You can serve with a tablespoon of skim milk cream.
