These are wonderful! My cousin brought them as an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner one year, and I got the recipe. I make them for work parties, and even quick snacks at home. You can always make more or less by using more or less cream cheese and crescent rolls! Trust me, these are excellent!
It’s the week before Christmas and all through America’s workplaces, potluck lunches are underway. During the rest of the year, I am theoretically in favor of healthy eating: low-carb, low fat, low sodium and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. But when it comes to the major food holidays, I say its not right unless it is the opposite of all those things. And so I brought as my contribution to the office luncheon the pinnacle of bad-for-you holiday food: The Amazing White Trash Puff Balls.
You can find the recipe anywhere on the internet, but apparently these things disappear so quickly that its hard to find a photo of them. Here is the recipe so that you too can clog the arteries of your loved ones with Christmas cheer
