I make drinks almost every day, my sister advised me this banana drink saying that it will burn the stomach fat so, I’m sharing it with you.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 banana.
  • 1 orange.
  • ½ cup of low-fat or fat-free yogurt.
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
  • ¼ tbsp of ginger powder.
  • 2 tbsps of flax seeds.
  • 2 tbsps of whey powder.

How to:

  1. It’s very easy, just blend all of the ingredients together in a blender for 1 minute and enjoy!
  2. Simple, easy and delicious!
  3. This banana drink is tasty and will help lose weight, so it’s a win-win.
