Try these easy, cheesy ground beef enchiladas, complete with sassy sauce and mild chiles…
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1can green chiles
- 1 package tortillas
- 1 1/2cups Cheddar cheese
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 – 7 minutes, drain. Stir in 1/2 cup sauce, chiles.
- Spread 1/2 cup sauce in dish.
- Spread 1/4 cup beef mixture on tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.
- Wrap tortillas, placing seam side down.
- Top with sauce, cheese.
