Ingredients [ For 4 to 5 people ] [ Preparation time : 22 minute – Cooking time : 25 minutes ]
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- Package of Sausage
- Any Vegetables You Choose
- Package of Shredded Cheese
- Dried Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Brown sausage in a skillet, drain when done.
- While the sausage is cooking, sauté any veggies you picked out.
- Layer a 13×9 dish with the sausage.
- Top the sausage with diced tomatoes. I then sprinkle oregano and garlic powder on the diced tomatoes.
- Add sautéd veggies, and cover with shredded cheese.
- Add pepperoni on top of the cheese
- Place in oven and heat through for 20-25 minutes.
