- 2 lb. boneless pork chops
- cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- (1) large sweet yellow onion sliced
- 1/3 cup salted butter sliced
- Start by setting a skillet on the stovetop over medium-high heat. Just add enough cooking oil when the pan is hot to coat the bottom of the pan. Cook until both sides of the pork chops turn brown, don’t worry about cooking through the slow cooker will. Set aside.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes into the slow cooker, stir with something that won’t scratch your slow cooker.
