List of ingredients
- 500 g pasta of your choice ( butterflies, penne…)
- 400 g tuna in a tin
- 80 cl béchamel cream
- 100 g grated cheese
- Olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- Dried rosemary
- Paprika, salt and pepper.
1 Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain them.
2 Soak the tomatoes in boiling salted water for 30 seconds. Peel them, cut them in 2, press them to get rid of their seeds. Roughly chop them.
3 In a frying pan, fry the minced onions and garlic pressed with olive oil over low heat. And once they are tender add the tomatoes, chopped parsley, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper and mix with a wooden spatula to prevent the sauce from burning until cooked.
4. In a bowl, put the pasta, the prepared sauce and two thirds of the tuna.
5. Place pasta in a gratin dish. Add tuna and cover with béchamel sauce and grated cheese.
6 Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
