Weight Watchers Pumpkin French Toast – this french toast is all you need on a crisp Fall morning!

I discovered something new today. I live alone and I really need to start having my recipes or cutting them by 1/4. With something simple like French toast, you don’t have to make it all at once. You can save the egg and milk mixture in the fridge in a bowl and just cover it with saran wrap. This way, you won’t have to make all the French Toast at once and make it throughout the week for breakfast if you like.

To make this pumpkin french toast more Weight Watcher friendly, I used 45 calorie bread such as Sarah Lee. Then you can easily swap out simple things like milk for unsweetened almond milk, use sugar-free syrup, and for the pumpkin butter, I used a light butter such as Country Crock. You don’t need a heaping tablespoon of butter to cook the french toast in a skillet, just use some cooking spray. This French toast is all you need on a crisp Fall morning.

I’ve recently bought an air fryer and have fallen in love with kitchen gadget. I’ve already made my Buffalo Chicken Taquitos in the air fryer and soon I’ll be sharing recipes on this website. Do any of you have a fryer yet?
